ABOUT ME

LET’S CONNECT

Hello, I’m Natalie Schneider — a graphic designer from Evanston, Illinois.

I’ve been creating for as long as I can remember — from drawing and papier-mâché to joining every after-school art club I could find in elementary school. In middle school, I fell in love with making intricate collages, and it wasn’t until high school that I discovered graphic design, and everything clicked. It felt like the perfect way to combine these art styles with purpose. A class project truly put things into perspective when I was assigned to help my community in a way that was meaningful to me. Seeing the change I was making through design made it clear that it wasn’t just an art form — it was a way to make a real impact.

During my time at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, I grew through courses and applied my skills and ideas directly by interning and collaborating with organizations on campus. I got involved in a wide range of projects, continuously stepping outside my comfort zone. I worked with the university newspaper, local Champaign radio, and the campus concert venue known as Canopy Club.

Seeing how design can spark change, tell stories, and bring people together is what truly excites me, especially when I can connect a project to one of my passions. I hold music close to my heart and love giving concepts around it my visual spin.

Outside of design, I am a DJ and attend as many concerts as I can. I enjoy yoga, stand-up comedy, and traveling. I am currently working as a Parts Information Graphic Specialist for Caterpillar Inc.

Feel free to reach out — I’m always open to new opportunities and collaborations!
